Emissions per sector

The greenhouse gas emissions generated in Espoo that are presented herein are calculated based on consumption within the city area. The calculation does not take into account the indirect emissions of commodities, such as food or construction products. The calculation is prepared by HSY, and the materials are available through HSY’s open data service.
